We invest in TOP-GRADE instructor training that applies science & psychology while using interactive movement modalities (Martial Arts) as a vehicle.
This includes AGE-SPECIFIC curriculum to help target their stage of development, and uses a GAME-BASED approach to make the process fun. It is designed to SHAPE THE MIND, which is the central command station in charge of overall development.

We are proud to be the home of the only
Advanced Certified Pediatric Ninja Specialist in our region! Cassandra Kintigh, A-CPNS, has completed a course of study that highlights the unique stages of development. This certification show that she understands the of use neuroscience, physiology, and various teaching modalities that have proven to be very successful for all students. Cassandra is positioned among the top SKILLZ instructors in the world, with an in-depth understanding of how to help kids become the best versions of themselves physically, intellectually, emotionally, and socially. She is currently pursuing the Master Certified Pediatric Ninja Specialist to further this understanding.
Sidekicks is designed for the youngest students, aged 18 - 36 months old. This preskillz class is designed to aide the student in developing the skills and abilities expected for this age range. We teach the parent/guardian how to practice these skills at home with their student.
Tiger Cubs is designed to teach our 3 and 4 year old students. Children will receive training that targets the skills that they are currently developing such as coordination, focus, motor skills, teamwork, general fitness, and behavior. These skills are taught in fun, safe exercises, games, and activities.
Ninja Warriors is designed to teach our 5 and 6 year old students. We find these are our most enthusiastic students! They are great at following directions, so this program targets this stage of development in a manner that adapts to their social and intellectual curiosity while at the same time building skills that set them up for success.
Blue Dragons is designed to teach our 7 - 14 year old students that learn a bit differently. This program is specially designed for children that are on the spectrum. We keep a very low student to teach ratio in this class to promote individualized attention and teaching methods .
We find the 7 to 9 years olds are proficient in their
problem-solving skills, but are not yet totally independent. They still lack core skills that hold them
back from keeping up with the 10 and up students. We take advantage of their adventurous attitude
and youthful nature while at the same time building skills that set them up for
success.
The 10 - 14 year olds are the smartest students in the school (they are smarter than most adults!). They excel in most physical challenges we presented to them. This program has been developed in a manner that nurtures their social and emotional instability while at the same time building skills that set them up for success.
The Family Class is designed for students ages 7 and up. This has been designed for our adult students and affords the chance for parents/guardians to take class with their children.
Warrior Women is a women only self defense based system for women ages 8 and up. This focuses specifically on the things women want.
Judo, which means "gentle way" in Japanese, is a martial art created in Japan. It was derived from the ancient techniques of jiu-jitsu.
